At Joy Trends, we create products on demand—made just for you when you place an order. Because of this, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and aligned with our fulfillment process.
1. Returns & Replacements
We only offer replacements or refunds if your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Misprinted
- Incorrect (wrong item, size, or design sent)
📌 Important: All claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. What Is Not Eligible for Returns?
Since all items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Unwanted gifts
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
We strongly recommend checking product descriptions and size charts before placing your order.
3. How to Request a Replacement or Refund?
To report an issue, please contact us at support@joytrends.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Once received, our team will review your request and coordinate with our fulfillment partner to resolve it as quickly as possible.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- We will provide a free replacement at no additional cost
- In some cases, a refund may be issued.
📌 We may request clear photo evidence to process your claim.
5. Lost in Transit
If your order appears lost in transit (no tracking movement for an extended period):
- Contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
- If confirmed lost, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
6. Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your order:
- Please check with neighbours or household members.
- Contact your local shipping carrier.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for orders marked as delivered.
7. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
If an order is returned due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Failed delivery attempts
- Unclaimed shipment
We can reship the order once the correct address is confirmed.
📌 Reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
8. Unclaimed Shipments
Orders that go unclaimed and are returned to our fulfillment facility can be reshipped upon request.
📌 Additional shipping fees will apply.
9. Size Exchanges
Because all products are made-to-order, we do not offer size exchanges.
To help you choose the correct fit:
- Refer to our size charts on each product page.
- Review fit recommendations carefully before ordering.
10. Refunds (If Approved)
If your refund is approved:
- It will be issued to your original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
11. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom nature of our products:
- Items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
12. EU & International Customers
For customers in the European Union and other regions, certain consumer rights may apply depending on local laws regarding personalized products.
