At Joy Trends, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. We accept eligible returns, replacements, and refunds within 30 days of delivery for approved cases listed below.
1. Eligible Returns
We accept eligible return, replacement, or refund requests submitted within 30 days of delivery for both defective and certain non-defective order issues.
Eligible cases include:
- Damaged items
- Defective items
- Misprinted items
- Incorrect items received due to a fulfillment or order error (such as receiving the wrong size, color, or design)
Eligible claims may qualify for:
- A free replacement
- A refund to the original payment method
2. Item Condition Requirements
To qualify for an approved return or refund, items must be New only. This means the items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
3. Non-Eligible Returns
While Joy Trends accepts returns for defective products and certain non-defective fulfillment errors, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for customer-side non-defective reasons, including:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Change of mind
- Unwanted gifts
- Incorrect size or color selected during checkout
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
We strongly recommend reviewing product descriptions, fit details, and size charts carefully before placing your order.
4. Return Request Process
To request a return, replacement, or refund, please contact us at:

- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item if damaged, defective, or incorrect
Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return mailing address if required.
5. Return Shipping Costs
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect due to a fulfillment error, Joy Trends will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs for certain approved return requests where a physical return is required.
Approved returns must be sent by mail using the return instructions provided by our support team. No restocking fees are charged.
6. Exchanges
Because our products are custom-made on demand, we do not offer standard size or product exchanges.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process and appear in your account.
8. Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order appears lost in transit or significantly delayed, please contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
If confirmed lost, we may provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
9. Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it:
- Please check with neighbors or household members
- Contact your local shipping carrier
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for orders marked as delivered.
10. European Union & United Kingdom Consumer Rights
In accordance with statutory consumer laws in the EU and UK, consumers normally have a 14-day Right of Withdrawal (cooling-off period). However, because all Joy Trends products are custom made-to-order, they are strictly exempt from the 14-day Right of Withdrawal under legal exclusions for personalized or custom-manufactured goods.
Our standard 30-day policy for defects and fulfillment errors still applies fully to these regions.
